Having over sixteen years’ experience in all levels of the beauty industry, Ai Beauty Training is the brain child of Arif Isikgun. Stemming from a passion and years of training experience, from creating global training platforms for multiple brands to delivering and executing field training for sales teams. Working Globally for retailers such as Harrods, Space NK, Liberty, Fenwick’s Group QVC and to name a few. Working previously with luxury bands, Guerlain, Lancome and helping set up and launch global education platforms for niche beauty brands such as Huda Beauty and Hourglass Cosmetics Arif has the expertise to grow and educate any brands teams to achieve their full potential.
